I love your photos! Oh and here's the recipe for sun jam! Mix 4 cups of fresh blackberries with three cups of sugar and 2 T. of lemon juice. and let sit, covered for an hour. Then bring it up to boil over a medium heat, stirring constantly. Then turn the heat up hot and let boil for 4 minutes uncovered, without stirring. Take the pan off and let it cool for half an hour. Then pour it all into a shallow pan. No deeper than 3/4 inch, but no less than 1/3 inch. Cover with plastic wrap and leave a small edge open for it to breathe. Put in direct sunlight and stir every hour which is really important! When it's ready you can put it into jars and then into the fridge. It will last for about four weeks. Or you can freeze it aswell.
